What is gang run printing?
Gang run printing is a cost-effective method where multiple print jobs are combined on a single press sheet. This allows us to offer lower prices while maintaining high quality, as the setup costs are shared among multiple orders.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, and high-resolution JPG/PNG files. For best results, we recommend print-ready PDF files with 300 DPI resolution, CMYK color mode, and 0.125" bleed on all sides.
How long does printing take?
Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days after proof approval. We also offer rush options for 1-2 business day turnaround at an additional cost. Production time does not include shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.
Can I get a proof before printing?
Yes! We provide a free digital proof for every order. Your job will not go to print until you approve the proof. This ensures your final product meets your expectations.
What paper stocks do you offer?
We offer a variety of paper stocks including 14pt, 16pt, and 32pt cardstock, as well as options for gloss, matte, and uncoated finishes. UV coating and soft-touch lamination are also available.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes, we can accommodate custom sizes for most products. Contact us with your specifications for a custom quote.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our quality. If there is a printing defect or error on our part, we will reprint your order at no charge. See our Returns page for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Contact us for international shipping inquiries.
How do I track my order?
