How Shipping Works with Gang Run Printing
When you place an order, your job enters our production queue and gets grouped with compatible orders on the next available press sheet. That gang run efficiency is how we keep prices low. Once your order is printed, trimmed, and quality-checked, it ships directly to your door.
Every shipment includes a tracking number emailed to you automatically. You can also check order status anytime through your account dashboard. We pack every order in sturdy, reinforced boxes with corner protectors and shrink wrap to ensure your prints arrive in the same condition they left our production floor.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and the speed you select. Ground shipping is free on qualifying orders shipped within the continental United States.
Understanding Production Time vs. Shipping Time
This is the most common source of confusion in the printing industry, so let us break it down clearly. Production time is how long it takes to print your order after your proof is approved. Shipping time is how long the carrier takes to deliver the finished package to your address. Your total delivery time is production plus shipping.
For example, if you choose standard production (5 to 7 business days) and ground shipping (3 to 5 business days), your order arrives roughly 8 to 12 business days after proof approval. Need it faster? Rush production (2 to 3 business days) combined with 2-day shipping can get your order to you in under a week.
Production does not begin until you approve your digital proof. Approving your proof promptly is the single best way to speed up your order.
Delivery Areas and Coverage
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories may have longer transit times and different shipping rate calculations. International shipping is not currently available.
For businesses in the Chicago metropolitan area, we offer an alternative that saves you both time and money: local pickup. Instead of waiting for a carrier, you can collect your order from one of our three convenient pickup points and skip the shipping cost entirely.
Local Pickup — Skip the Shipping
We operate three pickup locations across the Chicago metro area. Local pickup is free, and your order is typically ready within one business day after production is complete.
Our primary pickup point is in Schaumburg, Illinois, serving the northwest suburbs with extended hours. We also have two Chicago pickup points — one on Cottage Grove Avenue on the South Side, and one on Western Avenue on the West Side. Select your preferred location at checkout, and we will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection.
Pickup is a smart option for bulk orders. A 10,000-piece postcard run can be heavy. Picking it up yourself means no shipping surcharge on oversized packages and no risk of carrier handling damage. Many of our regular customers in the area use pickup as their default.
Packaging and Handling
Every order is packaged to survive the journey. Business cards ship in rigid mailers. Postcards and flyers are shrink-wrapped in bundles and placed in double-walled corrugated boxes. Larger orders are palletized and stretch-wrapped.
We do not charge packaging fees. The cost of protective materials is built into our process because a damaged delivery wastes everyone's time. If a large order needs to be split across multiple boxes for safe handling, we do that automatically at no extra charge.
Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
Every shipment gets a tracking number. You will receive it via email as soon as the carrier picks up your package. You can also find tracking information in your account under order history.
If a package shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, so please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.
