When Standard Pricing Doesn't Fit
Our online pricing covers the most popular configurations — standard sizes, common paper stocks, and typical quantities. But printing is not one size fits all. If your project involves quantities above 25,000 units, specialty paper stocks not listed in our configurator, custom trim sizes, or unusual finishing combinations, a custom quote gets you exact pricing tailored to your specifications.
Gang run printing already saves money by combining multiple jobs on a single press sheet. A custom quote takes that further by optimizing your specific job for the most efficient press layout, paper usage, and production schedule. The larger your order, the more room we have to find savings you would not see in standard pricing tiers.
What to Include in Your Quote Request
The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurate your quote will be. Here is what helps us price your job precisely:
Product type — business cards, postcards, flyers, brochures, booklets, door hangers, rack cards, or other printed pieces. Quantity — your target run size, or a range if you want pricing at multiple tiers. Paper stock — 14pt, 16pt, 80lb text, 100lb gloss, or a specific stock you have in mind. Coating or finish — UV coating, spot UV, matte lamination, or uncoated. Dimensions — standard or custom sizes, including any folding specifications. Turnaround — standard 5 to 7 business days, rush 3-day, or a specific deadline.
If you have a file ready, you are welcome to attach it. If you are still in the design phase, dimensions and quantity are enough to get started.
How the Quote Process Works
Submit your details through our contact form. Our estimating team reviews your specifications, checks press availability, and calculates pricing based on gang run scheduling for your product and quantity. You receive a detailed quote within one business day — typically faster.
Your quote includes per-unit pricing, total cost, any applicable bulk discounts, and estimated production and shipping timelines. There is no obligation. If the quote works for you, we provide instructions to place your order. If you need adjustments — different quantity, different paper, faster turnaround — we revise the quote at no charge.
