What Qualifies
Our low price guarantee applies when the competing offer matches these criteria: same product type, same paper stock and weight, same coating or finish, same quantity, same print sides (single or double), and same or comparable turnaround time. The competitor must be a legitimate online printing company with pricing publicly available on their website or provided in a written quote.
The guarantee does not apply to coupon codes, clearance or closeout pricing, loyalty rewards, pricing errors, or offers from local print shops with walk-in-only pricing. The competing product must be available for online ordering with delivery — not pickup-only.
