The primary purpose is order fulfillment — printing your materials and delivering them to you. We use your contact details to send order confirmations, proof approvals, and shipping notifications. We use your files to produce your prints. We use your address to deliver your order.

Beyond fulfillment, we use information to improve our services, detect fraud, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. If you opt in, we may send promotional emails about new products or special offers. Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link, and opting out does not affect your ability to order.

Artwork files are stored on encrypted servers and used only to produce your order. We retain files for 90 days after order completion so you can easily reorder without re-uploading. After 90 days, files are automatically deleted.

You can request immediate deletion of your artwork at any time by contacting support with your order number. We confirm deletion within 2 business days.

All data between your browser and our website is encrypted with TLS. Payment processing meets PCI DSS compliance standards. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. We regularly review our security practices and update them as standards evolve.

No online system is perfectly invulnerable, but we take industry-standard measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction.
