Our Promise to You

Gang Run Printing exists to deliver professional-quality prints at bulk-savings prices. That promise only works if the quality is right. Every order that leaves our production floor has passed color checks, trim verification, and a final inspection. But printing is a physical process, and occasionally something slips through.

When that happens, we own it. If your order has a printing defect, a quality issue, or an error on our end, we will reprint it or refund it at no additional cost to you. No hoops. No fine print traps. Just a straightforward commitment to making it right.

What Is Covered

Our guarantee covers issues caused by our production process. This includes printing defects such as smudging, streaking, or misalignment. It covers wrong paper stock — if you ordered 16pt gloss and received 14pt matte, that is on us. It covers coating errors — if you paid for UV coating and your cards arrived uncoated, we fix it.

Incorrect quantities are covered. If you ordered 5,000 postcards and received 4,500, we ship the difference. Shipping damage is also covered — if the carrier crushes your box and your prints are bent or torn, we file the claim and replace your order at no cost to you. Significant color deviation from your approved proof is covered, as long as the deviation is beyond normal industry tolerances for offset printing.

What Is Not Covered

Custom printing is produced exactly as you approve it. Once you sign off on your digital proof, you are confirming that the text, images, layout, and design are correct. We cannot offer reprints or refunds for errors that were present in your approved artwork.

This includes typos, misspellings, wrong phone numbers, incorrect addresses, or outdated information in your design. Low-resolution images that appeared pixelated in the proof and printed the same way are not covered. Minor color variations within standard offset printing tolerances are inherent to the process and are not grounds for a claim. Orders older than 30 days from delivery and change-of-mind requests after production are also excluded.

How to Report an Issue

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by email or phone — both are listed on our contact page. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos showing the issue. Clear photos speed up the review process.

Our team reviews every claim within 1 to 2 business days. If approved, we offer a reprint, a refund to your original payment method, or store credit for a future order. For shipping damage, report the issue within 48 hours and keep the original packaging — carriers sometimes require inspection before approving a claim.

Resolution Options

When your claim is approved, you choose the resolution. Reprints are produced on priority and ship free. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method. Store credit is available immediately.

For minor quality deviations, a partial credit or discount on your next order may be appropriate. For major defects, a full reprint or refund is standard. We discuss options with you before proceeding — the goal is a resolution that respects your time and your budget.

Proof Approval: Your Last Checkpoint

The digital proof is your final review before production. We provide it so you can verify spelling, images, bleed, color intent, and layout. Take the time to look it over carefully — once approved, production begins and your job joins the gang run press sheet.

Our free file review catches technical issues like wrong color mode, missing bleed, and low resolution. But we do not proofread your content for accuracy. You know your business details better than we do. A few extra minutes reviewing your proof can save the cost and delay of a reprint.
