We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with your order due to a printing error or defect on our part, we'll make it right.

Quality Issues

If you receive a product with a printing defect or quality issue that was our fault, we will either:

  • Reprint your order at no additional charge
  • Issue a full or partial refund
  • Provide store credit for future orders

How to Report an Issue

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue
  3. Include photos showing the defect or problem
  4. Our team will review and respond within 1-2 business days

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom-printed to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Orders that match the approved proof
  • Customer-supplied artwork errors (typos, low resolution, wrong colors)
  • Change of mind after production
  • Orders that were shipped to the address provided

Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please:

  • Document the damage with photos before discarding packaging
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Store credits are available immediately upon approval.
