1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Gang Run Printing's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Gang Run Printing provides custom printing services including but not limited to business cards, postcards, flyers, brochures, and other printed materials. All orders are subject to our production capabilities and scheduling.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise specified
Payment is required at the time of order placement
We accept major credit cards processed through Stripe
Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed
Prices are subject to change without notice

4. Artwork Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring your artwork meets our specifications:

Files must be in accepted formats (PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, or high-res JPG/PNG)
Resolution must be 300 DPI at final print size
Color mode must be CMYK
Bleed must be included where required
All fonts must be outlined or embedded

5. Proofs and Approval

We provide digital proofs for all orders. By approving a proof, you accept responsibility for any errors in the artwork including:

Spelling and grammatical errors
Incorrect information
Low resolution or pixelated images
Color variations between screen and print

6. Production and Shipping

Production begins after proof approval
Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed
Shipping times are in addition to production time
We are not responsible for carrier delays

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are limited to cases where we have made an error. See our Returns Policy for complete details.

8. Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use all content submitted for printing. You agree not to submit content that:

Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
Is defamatory, obscene, or illegal
Violates any third party's rights

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the printing order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gang Run Printing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
