1. Agreement to Terms

By using the Gang Run Printing website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms govern the relationship between you and Black Asterisk LLC, the company that operates Gang Run Printing, located at 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

These terms apply to all visitors and customers. We keep them straightforward — the same transparency we bring to our pricing, we bring to our policies.

2. Our Services

Gang Run Printing provides custom printing services including business cards, postcards, flyers, brochures, door hangers, rack cards, booklets, and other printed materials. Gang run technology combines multiple print jobs on shared press sheets to reduce per-unit cost.

All orders are subject to our production capabilities and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline orders that contain content we determine to be unlawful, defamatory, or in violation of third-party rights.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Pricing displayed on product pages reflects the current rate for the selected specifications and quantity. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are honored at the price shown at checkout.

Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through our payment provider. Orders are not entered into production until payment is confirmed. Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your delivery address and added at checkout.

4. Your Artwork

You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets our specifications. Accepted formats include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, and high-resolution JPG or PNG. Files must be 300 DPI at final print size in CMYK color mode. Bleed of 0.125 inches is required when your design extends to the trim edge. All fonts must be outlined or embedded.

We provide a free file review on every order. Our prepress team checks for technical issues — resolution, bleed, color mode — and contacts you if adjustments are needed. We do not proofread content for accuracy. Detailed specifications are available on our File Guidelines page.

5. Proof Approval

We provide a digital proof for your review before production begins. Approving the proof means you have verified the design and accept responsibility for any content errors including misspellings, wrong contact information, and incorrect details.

Color displayed on screen is an approximation. Monitors vary, and the gap between screen color and printed ink on paper is a physical reality of the process. We calibrate our presses for consistent, accurate color reproduction, but exact screen-to-print matching is not guaranteed.

Production begins immediately after proof approval. Once your job is on a gang run press sheet with other orders, it cannot be pulled or modified without incurring additional charges.

6. Production and Delivery

Production turnaround times are estimates based on current scheduling. Standard production is 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available for faster turnaround. Turnaround begins after proof approval, not after order placement.

Shipping time is in addition to production time. We ship via major carriers to all 50 US states. Local pickup is available at our Chicago-area pickup locations. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or delivery issues beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup.

7. Returns and Refunds

Custom printed products are not eligible for return due to change of mind. Our satisfaction guarantee covers production errors and quality defects on our end. Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos documenting the problem.

8. Intellectual Property

You warrant that you own or have legal authorization to use all content you submit for printing. This includes images, logos, text, and any other creative elements. You agree not to submit material that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

We do not claim ownership of your artwork. Your files remain your property. We use them solely to fulfill your printing order. You are solely responsible for the content of your printed materials.

9. Content We May Decline

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or that infringes on third-party rights. We may also decline orders that we reasonably believe promote illegal activity. If we decline an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund of any payment received.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or cost of substitute goods.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory — contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Black Asterisk LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights through content you submit for printing.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
